Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. No Returns will be accepted with personalization. No Returns Without Prior Approval. Email, write or call 1-517-278-7733 for a Return Authorization Number. Air rifle returned at customers expense. Returns are subject to our inspection. Returns must be New, Unused, Unmarked, and in original factory packing as shipped. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused or held at senders risk. No returns after 30 days. John Wayne air rifle will be charged a 20% restocking fee after inspection is approved.

United States Air Rifle Shipping Restrictions

All persons who purchase our products are expected to know their country and state laws and to fully comply with them. For your information the following are examples of state laws governing our products.

Based on the state law we do NOT and can NOT ship air guns or bb guns to New York City and its boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island), the city of Philadelphia, PA and Washington DC.

Residents of New Jersey can buy bb guns through a designated local gun store after acquiring an Air Gun Permit. Cite from New Jersey law: 'A "firearm" means any handgun, rifle, shotgun, air gun, gas gun, machine gun, or "any gun."'.

Michigan residents, .177 CALIBER AIR RIFLES CAN BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON THE WEB SITE AND WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU.

According to Michigan law Sec. 222. As used in this chapter: (b) "Firearm" means a weapon from which a dangerous projectile may be propelled by an explosive, or by gas or air. Firearm does not include a smooth bore rifle or handgun designed and manufactured exclusively for propelling by a spring, or by gas or air, Bb's not exceeding .177 caliber.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Felix Group will ship your order via UPS Ground or you may choose one of the other service levels UPS provides: 3 day select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air. Different rates apply to each service level. Orders confirmed will take 4 to 6 week to complete. Order will be shipped the following day after completion. Felix Group business hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes in this manner. If you need to have a package shipped using a different carrier please call 1-(888) 221-1176 and explain to our customer service staff what you would like to accomplish and we can ship your package with your preferred carrier.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
